    Director in Mahindra MSTC recycling Pvt Ltd and Mahindra Steel Service Centre Ltd, Mr Vijay Arora is also a Member of Senior Leadership Team at Mahindra Accelo, with over 25 years of experience in handling various portfolios covering Strategy, Manufacturing, Projects and Business Excellence. Played a key-role in setting up and spearheading all the new initiatives that company has ventured into: Auto Recycling, Power transformers, Electrical Stampings, Automotive blanking and Distribution transformers, Purlins etc.

    Driven by passion with a penchant towards innovation & advancements in IT, has distinguished achievements in scaling up businesses & promoting excellence in systems & processes. Presently as a director in MMRPL he is spearheading Cero Recycling – Mahindra Accelo’s most ambitious project of foray into Automotive recycling – first of its kind in India and its diversification into other areas of recycling, viz. E waste, Home appliances etc.

    As part of Senior Leadership Team, played a vital role in making Mahindra Accelo one of the India’s ”Great place to work” – Ranked 6th in mid-size companies in India.

    On a personal front, loves reading, traveling and exploring new places. Digital technology fascinates him and he is always looking forward to new challenges in life.
