    With a successful career at ArcelorMittal spanning over 20 years, including at Group Management Board level, Mr. Davinder Chugh possesses an extensive multifaceted experience with a proven track record of multi-billion dollar international achievements.

    Currently as the Senior Partner at Synergy Capital, Mr Chugh provides:

    • Management services to sub optimally performing assets requiring an operational turnaround and profitability enhancement. Puts strategic use of over 35 years of experience in manufacturing, sales, shipping, logistics and business management at the highest leadership level.
    • Investment and Business oversight, support and strategic guidance on behalf of new capital in stressed asset situation.
    • Serves clients in a variety of industries including commodities, energy and infrastructure advising on business strategy, growth and operational improvement.

     

    Previously he was the member of Group Management Board and CEO – Africa CIS Segment for ArcelorMittal, London, UK. As member of group management Board, Mr Chugh was responsible for:

    • The overall implementation of the Group strategy, management of the business and operational management.
    • Driving global commercial operations of the group with 10 million tonnes of steel exports.
